worst experiencve ever!
not only did I pay top dollar, they laughed at me when the tub was draining directly into the crawl space, evidently Confluence Plumbing fealt it was my fault I did'nt know.... I still have knocking pipes within the floors and no chance they will come look at their work after all invoices payed in full, Turns out the Boiler install was more difficult for them than originally percieved, and the Boiler has never worked satisfactorily.... Recently had a Trtiangle tube Tech come and review the system.....turns out Confluence piped various pumps in the wrong directional flow causing back flow against the burner unit, causing overheating and eventual shut-down Emergency codes.... so I just spent over $5k just to fix the work I overpaid Confluence to do.... the last words from Confluence were "speak to my lawyer".... Thats not how I run my business and I stand by everything I do with some integrity, Evidently Confluence does not!!
