In the beginning the experience was excellent. Connie was professional and patient. But once our contractor received the final draft of the plans he gradually realized we had a very expensive piece of artwork and practically an unbuildable house plan. The roof truss system had to be completed corrected. We are still stressing about the completion of our roof line and pray that everything passes inspection once the county inspector visits our construction site. My husband and I are definitely “review readers” so we felt like it only made sense to share our experience

Connie is Fantastic! She has completed close to 100 house plans for us! Wonderful to work with and understand the community needs for approval! So many houses we have built with her in the Brunswick county area! We appreciate her and all she does!
