    If I could give a zero I would. Worse company I have dealt with. I used Choice Warranty and they sent Ray’s contracting to my home. Before he even looked at it, he requested the $75. After looking over what he needed to do he said that he needed to get approval from Choice Warranty, which I can understand. With the new estimate it was going to cost $1500 maybe more to get the work done. After I questioned the price Home Choice Warranty even explained that it could be more once they get out and start doing the work. There was a leak and a pipe in the sink in my garage that needed to be fixed. When the man came out, originally he said nothing about having to move the hot water heater or breaking concrete. He was able to determine the leak Originally by just opening the plaster in front of the pipe. I don’t trust this company because they’ve now changed their story to add on all these additional fees. I ended up going outside of Choice Warranty and hiring an outside plumber to do the work for less money..

    Hot water tank repair
    $75

    Terrible company, choice home sent this technician to my home as my less than 2 year old hot water tank was not heating the water.he did not introduce himself,but quickly said he needed the $75 before he could do anything,he then took 2 screws off the front of the tank,said there was a problem with the relay thermostat, and that he was unable to work on it because it was under warranty, didn't mention anything about the pipes as they were replaced when the tank was replaced less than 2 years.in his report to choice he said the pipes were not maintained (untrue) he either lied or choice did.i called a number he left to speak with the manager an the man who answered the phone was just as rude as the technician because of his false report choice has refused to repair the unit.avoid this company at all cost.

    Faucet repair

    This contractor was sent to my home by Choice Home Warranty to fix a broken bathroom faucet. The technician that was sent to my home used a reciprocating saw to cut the faucets off of the top of the sink. The friction of the saw blade scorched the enamel finish on the sink, and ruined the sink. When I contacted the owner he refused to come and replace the ruined sink, and put the responuback on the warranty company. The warranty company also refused to resolve the issue. Now I am going to have to replace the sink myself, and file a small claims court filing against this come.
    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you like wasting money.
