I highly recommend Consiglio's Home Services for any painting, remodeling or contruction work needed. We first contracted Chris to paint the entire interior of our house. This included all trim, doors, windows and ceilings. We decided to remodel both our master and second bath. We could not be happier with the outcome. The transformation is amazing. It feels like a brand new home. My absoulte favorite is our new tiled walk in shower! We found Chris easy to work with as he was always in communication and answered all and any questions we had. His crew of workers
were polite, and friendly. They arrived every day on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I recommend giving Chris a call for any home projects needed!

We were in need of replacing cracked laminate shower walls with tile, add some safety rails and foldaway bath seat, and paint the existing woodwork and ceiling. Chris and his team started on the promised date, worked professionally, cleaned up daily and completed the project without any issues. I have used Consiglio Home Improvement in the past and would recommend them highly!

I 100 % recommend CHS and plan on having them back for additional work. Chris and his team fully remodeled my primary bathroom, including moving a toilet, installing new windows, and a barn door. I needed to have a 1960’s bathroom retiled, installation of replacement bath fixtures and a new floor. Also, I had to have the soil pipe between the walls of the 1st and 2nd floor replaced due to leakage. This required opening the wall, replacing the pipe and closing up the wall. Chris and his team handled the entire project with the utmost of professionalism and talent that I haven’t seen in a long time. He was a good communicator, easy to talk to, made good suggestions, and finished the job on time. His sheet-rock skills were awesome! I would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. His work is truly top notch !!

After several contractors ghosted me and never returned my calls, Chris was very responsive. He spent time discussing what needed to be done to my condo in Hamden -- remove the popcorn ceiling, paint, new flooring. He had excellent suggestions and helped with vendors. He was very accommodating of my schedule. The work is first rate. Chris and his crew do high quality, professional work, and take care to clean up. The condo looks brand new thanks to Chris and company. The price was fair -- more than fair. I would not hesitate to use Chris again and recommend him highly.

I hired Chris and the CHS team to renovate the entry way to my home. New entry way tile was installed, and all the walls and trim were painted fresh. The team did a great job and we are very happy with the results. They were on time, neat and very easy to deal with. His office staff was prompt and responsive when needed. I will be hiring CHS for more work later this year!!!

We decided to have some recessed lighting put in our living room. Naturally that created holes in the ceiling for the wiring and marks on the walls. We contacted Chris and his company to fix the problem and they did not disappoint. They got the job done on time and the ceiling and walls look like new! Would never know where the holes were. Chris and his guys did a great job with our daughter’s bathroom remodel so he came highly recommended to us. We contracted him to resheetrock and paint our half bath after we had some water damage. We are repeat customers. This summer Chris and his crew removed, replaced and painted rotted wood and installed a frost free outside faucet. A second job entailed moving a radiator under a window in order to remove old drywall behind it that housed a yellow jack nest. Ouch! Everything was repaired, radiators bled and professionally done. CHS did a fabulous job repairing and painting a damaged awning over our back door. It involved replacing rotting wood, painting the area and the awning. It looks great and is now structurally sound. Plan to use them again for future projects.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job constructing a shower wall, installing plumbing, tile and painting our very small bathroom. The space in our historic home was very challenging to work in, but Chris was very confident from the start that the job posed no real concerns. Repaired some issues with the subfloor, laid down new laminate plank flooring throughout, fresh paint on all the walls and ceilings, repaired the subfloor in my kitchen along with replacing the tile flooring. I have hired CHS for at least 6 projects at my home. First was a complete bathroom remodel with plumbing moved The crew came in and did an amazing job. They are meticulous in everything that they do. Chris and his crew work very well together making sure that everything gets done in a timely fashion. Since then CHS has given my fireplace a facelift, new entry way tile. 6 new 6 panel doors, painted and repaired 2 bedrooms and my living room. Repaired my garage door that was incorrectly installed and Currently they are working on my mold infested basement remodel! Chris and his crew are the most honest, hard working guys I’ve come across in a very long time. There isn’t any project that he can’t get done and if he can’t get it done he offers assistance in finding honest people who can. Still have a boatload of stuff I want Chris and his crew to do for me. Chris is a very meticulous about his work and it shows. Highly recommend for the littlest to the most complex job you may have. Chris and his crew have now done 3 projects for me and I am so pleased with their work! In the spring they did a bathroom remodel and it came out beautiful. Chris, James, Ryan, Rob and Kevin just completed a ceiling installation and painted my living room. The men are always on time, they are respectful of property and are the neatest and tidiest contractors I have ever encountered.
