I absolutely would NOT recommend this contractor.
We hired Consolidated Construction, Bob Blaszczak, to do work on a building for us, he did thousands of dollars in damages, to the building with a forklift, then refused to pay for the damage and walked off the job. We had to hire another company to come in and finish the job.
