    Build a home

    By far the worst, most infuriating experience of my life. Any other builder would be better. Jim Hunter and Ed Welch (Construction 360 llc.) are nightmares. Go with them, if you want an unfinished house that they would not finish. Go with them to be royal ripped off and charged 10x the price for things. Go with them, if you want leaks all over the home ( roof and foundation) that cause mold to set in within a year. Go with them if you want all your appliances installed wrong. Go with them if you don't care about your floor plans and the multiple mistakes that they make. Go with them if you want your full house to be re-stucco’d bc of major cracks everywhere. Go with them if your entire deck has to be re-done bc they used non pressure treated wood and it would fall apart within a few short years. Go with them if you want all your shelves to fall down within a month of stuff being put on them. Go with them if you want your hvac system to be forgotten until the framing is up, and therefore its put in incorrectly. Go with them if you want the wrong hvac system to be put in and therefore not able to keep up with the size of your home and is constantly being over used and turns off to protect itself. Go with them if you want a house that in not insulated correcting, therefore costing crazy amounts to heat. Go with them if you don't care about all of your rooms even being insulated at all. Go with them if you want them to use non pressure treated wood on the exterior of the home that is already breaking down after one year. Go with them if you want exterior doors put in incorrectly which cause water to constantly come in when raining, which in turn has already damaged adjacent baseboards. Go with them if you want the sidewalks in front of your home to have to be re-done ( city's standards) bc they carelessly drove equipment over them during the build. Go with them if you want half the keys to your exterior doors to be lost and missing. Go with them if you want glass doors, instead of normal solid doors, to be put on your master bedroom ( crazy!) and then not replaced. Go with them if you want to have to replace every single can light in the home bc they all went out within 6 months. Go with them if you don't care if all your outlets work ( all exterior outlets don't work and a couple indoors). Go with them if many of the interior doors need to be shaved down bc they were put on incorrectly. Go with them if you want drain clean outs and floor vents covered by floor boards and baseboards therefore you dot know for some time of their existence causing floods in some cases. Go with them if you want to do ALL of the caulking in the whole house yourself and some of the grout as well. Go with them if you want all of this ( and so much more!) and have them not come back to fix or finish any of it!! All of this has been or will be finished and fixed on our dime, even though we already paid for it. And the worst part about them is that we went with Jim Hunter (and Ed Welch) Contruction 360 bc Jim was a family friend! If they would do this to a family friend, imagine what they would do to you. They are not to be trusted in any way. I would run the other way as fast as possible to get away from them.
