I also work as kitchen designer and have several affordable luxury kitchen products. In addition, I buy ugly houses myself and with clients (I am a real estate broker too) and we rehab them and flip for profit. So far every client that I have had is very impressed with my work and the profit made on these homes.     I have been working with Vitaly for the past 8 years, and he completed various small and large projects for me. I rarely meet such ethical and professional contractors. For our first major project together, I purchased an investment property to remodel and sell. Vitaly explained the entire process and the cost involved. He was responsive and accommodating. His sub-contractors worked quickly and professionally as well. We were constantly updated on the progress, and the project was completed within the projected time. There were no surprises.
    Vitaly has a great eye for what is modern and appealing. His expertise in evident from the very first meeting. I would strongly recommend Construction as Investment to anyone looking to make a minor repair/update or completely remodel or build a home.

    Apartment remodel
    $28,000

    We have chosen Vitaly's company to do the work of almost full remodeling our rental unit. Here are main points we want to make to explain why we gave him 5*:
    - the final cost was very close to his cost estimate. Few times when the cost went over the estimate we were notified immediately and were given a choice of work around.
    - his people were lined up for work and every stage was completed in time.
    - his suggestions about materials and design were very helpful.
    We just hired him again to do some work in our house.

    I know this Company, they finished my bathroom in just one week while others were quoting me 2 weeks and the best part is they were the lowest bid too! VERY IMPRESSIVE. Good JOB Vitaly!
