Scam artist!! Joseph P. Cindric will talk the talk then take your money and skip town. He took our deposit for a new house in PA. After he insisted we wire the deposit to his bank account but before the work was started he backed out of the contract never gave us a refund and left town. Joe is super sneaky in that he has his home and other valuables in other peoples names so that when he fails to show up for court ordered complaints none of his personal effects can have a lean put against him because he owns nothing. He scams people in PA, OH and NJ. He uses Construction by Trumpette, Elegant Improvements and Joseph Cindric LLC as company names.
