    Estimation

    A few words from the OWNER of CCG,
    It proves problematic when a customer asks for professional advise and guidance and the takes professional comments as "Bad News" when it isn't what they wanted to hear.
    We are honest and willing to listen but some customers have their mind made up regarding means and methods. "Can't you just do this?" they ask.
    "We can" "But we won't" was our comment.
    We have to sign our name to each project and have a degree of integrity and level of quality we must maintain along with code compliance.
    We pride ourselves on customer service and always hate when a client thinks otherwise. We do our best to maintain 100% client satisfaction. However we cannot lower our standards to meet an under funded project.
    Those clients usually select the bottom feeder, fly by night companies and are sorry they do after the fact.
    We feel for them but ultimately it was their choice.

    "In many cases the client does not have full understanding of a construction schedule and delays that sometimes affect that schedule. Weather, damaged material, deliveries, client generated access issues and sub contractor availability. The best schedules are subject to change."
    In response to the Google comments by D.R. ....."The end result was and is a superior project at a fair price. No complaints there on either subject. The job looks amazing ! We did miss a completion date with full notice.
    "You cant make everyone happy even when we go above and beyond as some clients just need something to gripe about."
