    Historic Building Renovation

    The most horrible contractor in Baltimore. Left his guys to do the work and took long vacations, without ever checking on progress. No quality control whatsoever. He didn't follow architectural specs, he did crazy things like plaster and paint before the electrical and plumbing were even installed. Then he applied for and received an advance draw, deposited the draw, and never showed back up. Having to litigate now to recover damages. This guy is a cheat, plain and simple. Don't risk it with this guy, there are much better contractors out there who are honest and have a basic understanding of construction.
