    Our experience with Giles Remodeling started great and unfortunately did not end that way. We purchased a home built in 1963 and we hired them to totally gut and remodel the home from top to bottom. The project started in August of 2020 and still to this day January 2023 we still have other contractors here finishing and fixing and repaying for the terrible work that was done. I could spend hours explaining everything that went wrong but instead I will post some pictures because they speak for themselves and if you are still considering hiring this company please reach out to myself or my husband and we will be happy to talk to you about our experience. We have spent 3 years keeping our frustration off social media and when we asked he remove our home from his facebook page because he didn’t have our permission and he was posting inaccurate information since he didn’t do most of the work we were blocked. So I am leaving my reviews and contact info to those interested.

    When we hired Giles Construction we were very excited. The contract he presented to us stated he would have our project done within six weeks. This did not happen. Overall we were very dissatisfied with the quality of work that his company performed. They would often not show up when they said that they were going to, and when they did there was only one or two guys who would typically only stay for a very short time stating they had to go to another job. We finally fired him and used other contractors to finish the job. It ended up costing us more money and taking us a year and three months to finally complete. I would strongly recommend not using this contracting company.

    Andy and his team did a fantastic job for us. Andy is great to work with. Always on top of things. Wonderful workmanship. His team are all great guys. Fantastic, work, on-time, on budget and no mess left behind. Our home is a historical home and we have lived here since 1982. Giles Contracting was by far the best contractor we have ever work with. He re-built our front porch, and also did quite a bit of inside work. I plan to hire him again this spring to paint the exterior, and do some kitchen update.
