I hired Construction on Demand for a few projects over the last 3 years. At first they were great. Employees are always on time and respectful and I was pleased with the work. This last project I hired them for has been a nightmare. They refused to complete the project and correct the permit violations. The door they installed incorrectly allows water to flow inside when it rains. They have costs me more money, they allowed the permit to expire, they renewed the permit and i have to pay the fees and they wont finish the job. I now I have to find a contractor to complete the job. So disappointed
