We remodeled your master bathroom, minor remodel downstairs including the addition of recessed lighting, electrical and other miscellaneous items. As far as the slab goes, there was an investigation into what you felt was an issue with the slab and instead of pointing fingers, Michael Fell made the decision to personally replace the slab for you, at his own expense. Michael Fell is a General Contractor and takes pride in the quality "Crew" of contractors he hires for each job. Many of these contractors have worked with Michael for over 15 years. While Michael was in the hospital, fighting for his life with Covid, it is unfortunate that you proceeded to take advantage of our companies generous contributions of highly discounted and free items for your project, with little to no regard to what was happening behind the scenes. We are all about ensuring the customer has a great experience, and it's unfortunate you've gotten a different feeling than what we strive to provide. Sincerely, Construction Services.

The contractor took no responsibility for issues, looked around to find ways of getting more money, did not keep to budget, did not buy anything, did not keep to timeline and tried blaming delays on me the customer. Spent a week arguing about a slab his crew picked up and installed that was not the correct slab bought. Contractor don't have his own crew. However, the workers he got for the job was very good.
