Johnson, Thomas Mark
Construction Synergy Associates, LLC in Tampa, Florida was hired by us, to construct a renovation and addition to our house in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. The owner Mr. Mark Johnson, did not finish this project timely. The project started in May, 2022 and was supposed to be completed by October 31, 2022 but continued until after December 31, 2022. He constantly asked us for money and would not send his contractors unless he was paid in advance. He kept delaying our project, asking for more money but not paying the subcontractors. He is a smooth talker and was not upfront with us, when we asked him several times for a completion date for the project.
We were dissatisfied with the quality of the work. Also, we would not recommend him for any construction jobs, when his main objective is to take his customers money. This whole project caused unnecessary emotional stress on us and our family.
