    kitchen remodel; one bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry area remodeling. Installation of interior doors

    I contracted this company to do a major renovation in my house, which included the full demolition of my kitchen, one bedroom, one small bathroom, and laundry area (floors, walls, and some ceiling); the renovation of my master bathroom with partial demolition; the installation of new interior doors; the installation of an electrical sub panel for the kitchen, and the installation of new floors for the entire house. As a bonus, David kindly fixed and enclosed the area above the furnace, making the place safer and cleaner.

    From the beginning, David organized the workflow to minimize our stress and discomfort while the house was still operational for my family. He was attentive to our needs and walked the extra mile to provide the care required.

    By observing his work, I see David used high-quality materials and labor in this project. The white shaker cabinets and the quartz countertop are amazing, and the floor was installed perfectly with very little waste (I had many boxes left over). The plumbing and electrical in the bathrooms and kitchen were done beautifully, bringing the house up to code. The kitchen appliances are working safely because of the subpanel. The bedroom has new drywalls, ceiling, and lighting. The laundry area is functional and organized with new cabinets, and the small bathroom has a new window.

    David is very organized and solution-oriented, always seeking the best for his client. He is honest, trustworthy, and reliable. By evaluating the work done in my house, I realized the price for this renovation was fair and affordable, considering the intense and specialized labor it required.

    It was very enjoyable working with David. He has a cheerful disposition and is very enthusiastic about his work. He handles client overwhelm very well and easily manages unforeseen circumstances, such as the damage done by a recent tropical storm. Thumbs up for this business; I highly recommend it!
