I have water damage from a leaky pipe in my lower level and the insurance company suggested I call Construction Zone. The quote came back good and I agreed the the price. I have a time issue and I said I would pay for the job. The job is about $1000 and they want $1000 before they start. Never heard of this and I am taking my business elsewhere.
