We complete removal of tub client supplied own materials that were not in contract and changed whole contract we explained not in contract and submitted change orders when client refused change orders and failed to make agreed draw payment we stopped work until paperwork in order we exercised our rights per contract both parties signed I will not complete a project where materials and building codes are violated Not good integrity and contracting. Im sorry that buildzoom wont back us contractors for following their contract outline and also sorry Skip for you thinking that a small contractor will cut corners for your project. Our integrity is held at high standards right and wrong way i chose the right way and couldnt go any further to compromise my integrity, and Buildzooms to perform less than construction practices on your project. The monies owed to us is mininimal i know doing what is right far more exceeds what is owed. Again Skip beautiful home and family sorry couldnt degrade myself, Buildzoom and National Building Codes to complete your project.

We had some wood rot removed and our front door/door frame replaced that caused the water damage and Scott did a fantastic job. He came and did the estimate the day after I went on build zoom and was there that Monday working on it and got the job done in 3 days with a very affordable estimate. He prides himself on doing the job right and making sure things are done to the customers satisfaction, I would highly recommend using Constructionize LLC to anyone who needs a general contractor.

The contractor failed to complete the contracted job. He caused damage to my home which will cost me hundreds to repair, and he left paint and grout spatter over much of the flooring. His skills and knowledge are adequate, but the above-referenced negatives far outweigh his positives.

I completed contract and went above and beyond, i painted living room for free spent over 80 hrs with your constant changes that were not part of contract hired professional home cleaning company that cleaned whole home you asked me to patch drywall that you did and then after i did that you expected me to paint entire interior of your home The contract was completed please give accurate review Had nothing to do with contract has to do with you trying to take advantage of us. I spent over 80 hours that had nothing to do with contract trying to apease you Im sorry Richard but both of us know i did above and beyond your expectations I have emails If i could ill go out their and make it right even after ive been completed over 2 weeks now and received final payment If you were that dissatisfied why did you admit final payment Ill go fix whatever needs to be done -

I hired Constructionize for a bathroom remodel, before the job was started, Scotty and I talk everything over and agreed on the job. From the start he would do thing in a shortcut sort of manner and did not install the backer board for the tile properly, I pointed this out and all he did was get mad at me and then started to put up tile anyway. He only put up a few tile before he decided the brake the contract and not show up the next morning. He could not even tell me to my face he was giving up on the job. The installation job of the backer board and the few tiles he did put up was very SUB-PAR. They left me with a unusable bathroom, damage to a wall in an adjacent room, oil stain on my driveway from their truck. They took my money and wasted several hundred dollars of material. Use these people at your risk, better yet don't use them at all.
