  We hired Albert Leggieri(the owner of Constructive Building & Remodeling) in order to repair water damage to the wall and ceiling in one of the rooms in my house. His crew came and tore down the damaged wall and ceiling and then they put some fans in the room in order to dry it out on 01/25/2022. They told us it will take 3 days to dry out. 3 days later, we reached out to him in order to get an update about the repairs but he did not answer the phone or text message. We sent him an email as well. Still no response. The following week on 01/31/2022 we finally got a hold of him and he said his crew would come over to pick up the fans from our house and that he would submit the invoice to our property insurance company directly. His crew picked up the fans on that day, but he never submitted the invoice to our insurance. Our insurance adjuster even spoke with him, and he promised he would submit the invoice to our insurance company, but he never did. We have been trying to resolve this issue since 01/31/2022, but he still has not submitted the invoice. We sent him text messages multiple times, as well as emails and phone calls. One time he answered the phone and he said he would submit the invoice that day, but he did not. Today is 03/03/2022, and I sent him another text message to telling him that he must submit the invoice to our insurance so that he can get paid. I have no idea why he doesn't submit the invoice but keeps telling us he will do so. Our insurance adjuster also doesn't understand why he hasn't submitted. Usually contractors submit the invoice very quickly so that they can get paid sooner. Based on this, I can only imagine how he handle his business. I found out that other people also had similar issues with him(You can find other reviews on Google as well). We are glad that we did not hire him to finish the repair job. As a consumer, if it is impossible to communicate with the business, that tells you everything you need to know. You should not work with anybody who doesn't respond to you.

  One more thing, you can ONLY find Albert Leggieri's Cell phone number in his business website, facebook and google, etc. That is the reason it is impossible to reach out to him. He does have email, but never replies. Please be aware of this company for your own safety.

  We used Constructive for a mold issue in our office from water damage. Albert was extremely knowledgeable in this field and removed, treated and repaired the damaged areas. His crew was neat, they were on time and did everything and more that was asked with no surprise charges. I would highly recommend this company for any and all your construction needs as well as mold and water remediation.

  Would definitely recommend and will use again. Albert and his crew where extremely fast. At first I was hesitant as they where the cheapest of 4 bids we had for our master bath/suite. I think they where cheap because they don't waste time, they where at my door every morning at 8 only stopped for lunch and worked until 6. No smoke breaks, no BS, and no wasting time. He said two weeks and they completed it on time, my wife and i will be calling for our next project.
