    If I could give zero stars I would.
    Amaury has been working on plans for my home since May 2022. We are now at the beginning of November 2022 and still nothing has been completed. I have no permits. Renovations came to a complete hault by the end of July 2022 because the plumber, contractor and city are waiting on Amaury to do his job. I have emailed him for weeks on end with no email response to date. For weeks I called and he doesn’t answer his phone. So far I have paid him $3000.00 and have seen no progress. He was quick to take my money and basically disappear. I had the plumber, contractor and my mother calling him and he gives everyone the same excuse I’m going to the city, I’m working on your paperwork. Well we went to the city in the beginning of October and they stated he has not been there for over a month. He tells me I had to move and you know that took like 10 days… no I don’t know Amaury, I still have not moved into my home because you haven’t finished your job.
    He is no longer located at Hollyhock Lane.
    Check the BBB and see another complaint of Amaury taking someone’s money, then ignoring their calls, emails and disappearing. They also had to call from different numbers to get him to answer.
    Steer clear of this company and every other company listed under Ubaldo Amaury Reyes and his wife. Don’t make the same mistake I made… why does one person have multiple companies closed and under different names? Construscape, J7 Construction Maintenance, J7 Plans and Permits, J7 Landscape, J7 Construction Maintenance, J7 Janitorial Services.
    I have also filed a complaint with the contractors state licensing board in regards to his license 1013582.
