I was somewhat wary of finding a contractor through the internet and initially didn't answer the contact from this company. They gave me one more chance by calling one day. Billy, the owner came over the next day and estimated a couple of jobs for me. I needed some work done on our lanai at our Florida house and hired Billy's company to do the work. We had logistical problems with us living in Ohio and not being able to travel to Fla often. Billy told me that his company would do the work and that whenever we were able to be in town, he would work with us. Bottom line is they did a wonderful job replacing the lanai posts and we plan to use them for a number of other projects on the FL property. I would highly recommend Contemporary Coastal Builders for any project. They are Florida natives and have many contacts.

The owner was very friendly and did exactly as he said he would. He really went above and gave me some great suggestions on different ideas. His work was FANTASTIC. I am not a trusting person when it comes to contractors but I started redoing my broke shower myself, and it was to much, so I had to hire someone. He came over broke up all the concrete I had done, that I did not do right, and completely fixed my shower. He showed up on time and got right to it. His tile working is amazing and his prices are great. Very reasonable. Kitchen work is next and I will use him again!!!!
