Paul Vieira
Owner
Paul Vieira of Contemporary Contracting Is a nightmare. He doesn’t care about his work. He takes your money and shows up whenever he feels like it. He demanded more money to get subcontractors or else work would get done when he “got around to it“. When demands for more payment were met to get the work done, subcontractors would get sent to other projects he was working on. He clogged the new bathtub with cement and grout. I had to get a plumber myself to cut the pipes and fix the damage. Final straw with Paul was when he literally plastered over fire sprinkler heads and said he wouldn’t fix them until I upfront gave him final payment. He said he wouldn’t even call for final inspections and repair his damage until I gave him not only final payment, but extra payment to fix his damages. I have to hire another contractor to fix all his damaged work. He constantly cries about needing more time and how unfair life is. He had 7 months to get a project done he said was only 6weeks. This guy is a nightmare.
