I hired David Conti to replace some wood and paint the front of my home. He assured me he only needed to use one coat as the paint was made for one coat only. He assured me the paint would last at least 12-15 years. It has only been a few years and the paint is awful looking, faded in big splotches and wood grain showing through.
Awful.
