Starts out lying to you. Says he has all equipment needed to do your job. Then starts job tells you he needs to rent bigger equipment and charges thousands more. ( He really only has a skid steer. ) Then he don't finish work after receiving payment. And if you have any problems he will just disappear and you can't reach him. BE AWARE OF JOE CONTI EXCAVATING
Also only does this work on side and works at homer city power plant full time, but will lye and say upon meeting with him, that this is all he does !
