    Bathroom remodeling

    Contour Property Solutions, represented by Mr. Scott Brooks, also known as Ascott Home Services. He has scammed multiple customers by taking deposits and not completing the work. Mr. Brooks has been featured in Fox2's "Hall of Shame" after several customers testified to his fraudulent practices. Recent reviews on Mr. Brooks' Google profile also details similar experiences, including threatening liens on customers' homes and leaving work unfinished. There are two Facebook groups recently created called Victims of Scott's Brooks/Contour Property Solutions/Ascott Home Services and Contour Property Solutions Issues.

    Mr. Brooks does not possess a builder's license, as he admitted in the Fox2 video footage.

    In May 2022, we hired Contour Property Solutions / Ascott home services for a bathroom remodel that was never finished, despite Mr. Brooks taking full payment of $20,220. He had taken money from us for materials that he never purchased, and he refused to return our home key, which forced us to change the lock. We also had to hire contractors to fix elements that were improperly done.

    Second story addition
    $165,000

    Work Description: Second story addition never got done - never got money back.

    May 2021 hired contour to put on a second story addition so my had to pay half down which was over $82,000. All we kept on getting is excuse after excuse after 15 months of excuses and no work or materials on site . For instance, this one week November of 2021 we were told to clear the drive because the lumber packages were coming, the plumber was coming, the electrician was coming well we got excited think it was finally going to happen only to get NOTHING no calls no shows and no excuses kind of like the jokes on you. And we kept on accepting his excuses i guess we were the fools.
    We decided to hire an attorney to try and get a Cure but that did no good Scott and Contour Property Solutions did not try to rectify the problem just stop responding so they didn't even try to work it out or give the money back.
    And now we are out over $82,000 and a 76yr old male will eventually have to go to a home since this is what we were building to allow him to live in his house. We don't know what to do at this point it as shame that such a thing happened to us.
    There is no transparency with this company. I wish I could say this was a positive experience, but it was more like an ongoing nightmare considering what we have been thru.

    To replace the laminate on a ledge counter top

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! Just wanted everyone to know how poorly I was treated by this company. We paid them a deposit back in March of 2022 in order to replace a counter top. We waited six months and still didn't hear back from them. Each time my wife called we were given the run around about how Scott would get back with her. After a couple of months of trying to get some answers we asked for our deposit back. The person who answers the phone, Jen, told my wife to give her a couple of days and that she would give us our deposit back. We gave her two weeks and my wife finally went up to their place of business and was told by Scott that he would drop off a check that evening. He never showed up. And now, after doing some research, we see posts on Facebook and other websites telling their stories about how these people scammed them out of money. They also do business as Ascott Home Services. Read those reviews if you want to find out more about these scammers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!
