    Seismic Retrofit project

    The contractor, Mr. Neinchstein, was exceptionally pleasant and efficient, and his crew were hardworking, clean, and courteous. Everything happened right on schedule, with no long, unexplained delays (as we have experienced all too often with other contractors). We were a little disappointed that the actual contracted cost of the project was over 2K more than the original bid, and soomewhat concerned that the plywood used on the cripple wall is only 1/2", not the 3/4" or 5/8" that we expected when told the plywood would be very thick. On the other hand, we never asked what the exact thickness would be. In any case, the job passed inspection, so it's up to code. We will definitely contact Mr. Neinchstein the next time we have a home improvement project.

    The Contractor Home Builders team just did a major remodel in my house and I couldn't be happier. The professional team answered all my questions, suggested realistic additions, and were upfront about the price. They were timely and very, very clean. I was especially grateful with their patience. I had so many questions and they answered all of them. Highly recommend these guys for their service!
