If you see CMS (contractor management services), make sure to RUN. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever used. I have a huge list of issues, so let's get to it.
1. They hit a cable line, I get that happens. So the guy told his manager Patrick, who seems to be the owner, could be wrong but I believe so. It happened around 1 pm or so. I 100% guarantee they didn't call at the time because the guy at the site said well no one complained so nothing was done. Well then my neighbors got home from work and they said their cable, internet, and home phone were not working, weird. That's when Patrick finally took initiative, so that was around 5 pm. So they finally called Comcast and they told us they couldn't get some one out there till Friday and this happened on a Tuesday. Thank God one of our neighbors called around 2:30 because that's when they got home and figured it wasn't working and they called ASAP and got someone to come out the next day. Thanks for not helping that one Patrick.2. CMS (contractor management services) measured the yard completely wrong, this part was the biggest joke I have ever seen. So Jim came and measured my yard he said the whole fence and I said yes. He took time to do so and gave me the quote for all sides. So I put the deposit down and then I had to wait because I had a house issue I needed to take care of. So then when I wanted the install, Jim came out with the contractor they hired and showed me and the guy they hired what to do. Showed what to knock down and the guy and myself were like yep that's what needs to get done. Then this is when all hell breaks loose. They didn't put one side of the fence on the project, so they ran out of material. So we asked what was going to happen, the guy at my house was like that's what I'm trying to figure out. I called Patrick 2 times and no answer, left a voicemail and still nothing(more than 24hrs). Still never got one, guys a joke. The contractor then said well I don't have the money to buy the material, so he was like anyway you can give us more money to do so?? I paid 10k and I only get 2 sides of a fence done, when I had 4 other quotes that were roughly 8-10k for all sides. So I ended up giving another 400 because he was like if I don't have the money, I can't do it till Monday because I don't have the funds till later Friday. At this time CMS should have stepped up and helped get the funds, so my fence could get done, unless I did??
3. Now the install is done, I can't get a hold of them. I believe one of the post are splitting and my latch keeps coming undone. I have called Jim and I have texted him and nothing.
5. I called Jim before the fence was finished and I had asked him what we could do for all the issues. I asked for the 400 dollars back and he said he would, but not no one is answering. So getting stiffed on that, and then I also asked for 200 on top of that for my neighbors because they had to board their dogs an extra day. I wanted one more thing, a apologize from Patrick and also never got a call or anything from him.
5. Now here is good: the fence is amazingly done. Carlos has to take the money out of his pocket to put up the rest of the fence because again the miscommunication between each other. I highly recommend Carlos because it is exactly what I wanted and the layout is just beautiful.I highly recommend not using this company ever!

Not the cheapest! But we are glad we decided on them. We just got a good feeling from the initial sales guy coming out and speaking with us, to our interaction with the office staff. You can tell they treat their employees well because they were very friendly. That’s the type of contractors we prefer to do business with.

If you need a new fence installed, call this fence company. We originally called around and got blown off or the service was just sub-par for what we expected. Their company stood out because they answered the phone, got back to us with an estimate quickly, and met expectations.

I had to write a review (I usually don’t), but the team over at CMS was AMAZING. They were communicating from the start about what to expect for our fence installation, and they got it installed within just a few weeks. It was nice that they handled all the permitting and calling JULIE for us. Everything turned out as promised.

I called CMS back in August originally, and chose another company based on price. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. The contractor we originally hired showed up late, didn’t answer our phone calls, and left the project ½ done for weeks on end. We ended up firing them and hiring CMS to complete the project for us. They were more expensive than the other fence company, but for good reason. They got the fence done in 1 day and now we don’t have to worry about it anymore.

CMS Fence was great to work with. They installed a beautiful privacy fence in our backyard. We recently got a new dog and needed something quickly. Thankfully these guys were still working in the winter! Very happy with their services.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
One of the best experiences we have had with home contractors! Our fence installation was on time (based on promised install date) on budget, with a quality finished product. We are super pleased with the team (so impressed we hired them to do our snow removal)! Thank you!
