Bob is the utmost professional. Comes when he says he coming (which is hard to find these days) does the job and never any added costs. The quote is the quote and he is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

***Beware of Bob*** He does not stand by his work, nor care about his customers. Bob came to our house to complete some electrical work. He took several hours to replace one outlet and "check some wires". He said he was, "troubleshooting". He overcharged us by A LOT (charging us by the hour). The next day, the work he did was already undone. The one outlet he supposedly "fixed", blew the next morning. When we called him up to correct his work, he said he was away and wouldn't be back for a week. We didn't want to wait, nor did we feel comfortable with having Bob do anymore work on our house since it took him 3 hours to not even "fix" one outlet, so we requested a partial refund and he said, "nope". We offered to pay him for his time, but said we wanted to be refunded the majority for the shotty work he did. He refused. This was very unfortunate, especially as a local guy supporting a local business. All I can say is, don't be fooled by Bob's "nice guy" approach. It's highly likely he will overcharge you, with no warranties, and like we found out the hard way, he will not do the right thing if something goes wrong. I have worked with many electricians over the years, and sadly, Bob was the most disappointing.
