Byron Cooke was hired to complete a plumbing job, and I paid him $12,500 upfront. After more than a month of chasing him down, he has completely stopped responding to my calls and has not started the work. He has also refused to return the money. I would strongly advise anyone considering his services to steer clear of this scammer.
