Cook's Construction did an excellent job on my roof. This is the second roof I've gotten from them. I am very pleased with their work.

Cook's promptly quoted the work I needed to be done to my house. They were able to complete the work fairly quickly. The quality of the work they did was fine, but the remaining aftermath was not so great. I am STILL picking up old roofing nails - even two months after the work has been completed. Apparently, there are nails "on" my roof because they keep washing off into my yard after every time it rains. I brought this to his attention shortly after they completed the work and I will admit they did come back and pick up more that were in my yard at the time. But the workers that actually replaced the roof, must not have been conscious of what they were leaving ON my roof or where they were throwing the old shingles. So two months later, I'm still picking up nails and actually got one in my car tire recently. I have had two other roofs replaced and never had such an extensive problem with nails afterward. I understand you're going to find "some" nails after a roof is replaced - it's inevitable. What I have recently experienced and the length of time that this has been going on is out of control. I wrote him about it a second time and expressed this constant issue and frustration. I mentioned that I did not think I should have to get on my roof to remove the nails myself, especially since I paid a substantial amount of money to have it replaced already. But, I received no response whatsoever nor was what I said even acknowledged. I had no intention of leaving an ill review, but since I was ignored, I felt it necessary to share my experience. Problems arise with any business, but when you choose to ignore a customer or don't offer any kind of solution - that's where my issue is. So, sure, I think the work they do is okay. But don't expect the clean-up to be done adequately or an issue to actually be addressed.
