    TERRIBLE!!! We hired them to do a job for us Mr Cook and Bob with Cook's Aluminum llc. They started on 1214/01 it took till 02/23/02 just to get architecture drawing and permit. There first day at our home was 02/23/22 it took till 05/12/22 till was completed including final inspection which only took one day. Of the five months they only worked on our project 18 day's. The rest of the time was spent on other jobs they took on. When they did show up they would arrive between 9:00am-9:30am. Would work till about 11:00-11:30 then go to lunch and would return anywhere from an hour to two hours later depending on many jobs they went and bid on. They would leave at 2:00 pm everyday regardless of time spent on our job which averaged 2- 4 hours at the most. Of the 5 months it took to finish the job they only worked 18 days on our job being gone anywhere from a week to a month at a time. They would look you right in the eye and swear they would be back next day or week saying " My word is my bond" and wouldn't show up or call or even text. The work is anywhere from OK to good if you don't have an eye for detail. And you had better be there every minute or you will end up with less than desirable results. I would not recommend them to anyone who could get anyone else to do same work. And if you do decide to use them be sure to have your patience pills prescription filled because you are going to need them. It was a very frustrating experience and we are just glad they finally finished it and we don't have to deal with the aggravation any more.
