If you arent satisfied with your current AC service, be sure to call Darin at Cool Air MD.
He solved an air conditiong problem we'd been dealing with for several years thru 2 different A/C units.
No one else ever ever diagnosed the problem. We were told by others that constant 70% plus humidity in our home in the Florida summers was normal. He saw the problem immediately.Darin is professional, knowledgeable, honest and just overall a nice person.
He takes whatever time needed to explain what he's found & if possible, offers options to correcting any problem you're having.
His technicians are the same.
They, too, are pleasant, knowledgeable & efficient. And they clean up after themselves.This company offers all this at a fair price.
So don't hesitate to call Cool Air MD if you're having AC problems or just want routine maintenance.
I think you'll be glad you did.
They have our business from now on.

Been dealing with ARS for years and our AC kept breaking down after they left. After they installed our AC they almost burned down our home with the way they overloaded our panel. So this time we called Cool Air MD. Guy came out and by the time we went to check on him he already had it fixed. Capacitor half broken, said he had never seen anything like it. Thought maybe our unit had been tampered with. In the future we will use Cool Air MD, great customer service. Hometown feel and didnt try to sell us stuff we didnt need. Very refreshing just like the cold air back in our home tonight. Good bye frAuds R uS.
