Hi! I hired Cool Decisions to do my HVAC system. Eric was amazing! He was so detailed in explaining everything to me. I had another company come that didn't give me half the information Eric had provided! My system works amazing! Haven't had one problem since installation!

Totally botched my entire house...brand new house...first floor would only reach in the 60s on a cold day and upstairs went into the 80s even though they were separate zones...had several outside vendors come in and to fix this guy's (Eric Geiger) mess...cost us $7800 to fix (we paid Cool Decisions around 20K for the entire HVAC system)...what a disaster.

They were great. Replaced my central air in no time. Gave best price. Extremely informative. Explained everything that was wrong with old system and what new system can do. Highly recommend using them.
