Josh the field manager was our first initial contact. Josh explained in detail what we needed and later that day emailed us a detail quote. I think this
Cool R Us prices gave us the most for less. Josh was very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. After our conversation with Josh, I felt confident their team of installers would do an excellent job and if something we were not satisfied with, they would make it right. We had a Trane installed and the installers worked diligently on the job until they were finished. They did an awesome job on clean up as well. Josh came out a week later and he wanted to make sure we were happy and fix or correct any problems: if any. I personally endorse their work. I'm very happy with the system that was installed and the workmanship. Please check others companies but I assure anyone reading this review you won't be disappointed if you choose Cool R Us.
