    Pole barn build

    I hired Jay and Cool River construction to build my pole barn in Eagle. The barn was built in the Henry's Fork Subdivision, so all construction inspections were done by the City of Eagle. Jay and his subs did an outstanding job of dealing and working with the City to get the building up and approved. Jay and his subs were easy to work with and always on time and kept a very clean site. There was very little product waste. Getting to know Jay on a personal level was certainly an added bonus. Very honest and very upfront with my wife and I concerning cost and construction time. I would highly recommend Jay and Cool River Construction

    We used Jay Richardson at Cool River Construction and we were very happy with the job he did for us. His team was professional, courteous, and very respectful of our property. They completed the job to meet my deadline and the finished product is fantastic. We had gone with another company which ultimately stood us up and we are so glad that happened because we would not have had the chance to have Cool River Construction do our work.     Build a back office

    I used Cool River Construction to have a back office built and I couldn't be more pleased. The finished project is great and the entire process was painless. Jay and his team went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible and they did everything they could to make our neighbors happy during the build as well. I will be using Cool River for all future projects.

    Cool River and their subs were very clean and professional. In the treasure valley it is very difficult to get contractors to show up and show up on time. The owner Jay and his crew communicated very well and kept our project timeline on track and the budget for the project was exactly as he had told us in the extremely well written contract. We will be using them and referring them to close friends for any construction projects in the future.

    This was Not a pleasant experience! It was clear after the first week, the workers were inexperienced at the jobs they were working on. They started 3 different projects, but never finished any of them. The cost to replace/repair the work they did was more costly, but we now have professionals finishing this job.
