Just very disappointed with this company due to not being reliable on responding us to care for our pool issue. The company is hard to reach, hardly a person answering the phone.
At first, did great service for us late spring of 2022 as we were new pool owner from the house we bought. We needed his help again early spring 2023 due to pool leak. Said he'll come, no show, texted again, no show to the point where there was no response, keep texting, no response. We felt we were not important enough for them to take care of us and our pool leak. We had no pool water to swim by memorial weekend!
Just wanted to be honest. He's a sweet guy, we were very nice to him but I just dont know why.
