    This is my second time using Cool Winds for installing my new AC's ( I've had them check my AC unit also).
    They have exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They call one day prior to arriving, they arrived both times on the dot. They work quietly, efficiently, never asked me for a thing. Gave me choices of prices for the size of both Units I needed to install. Freddy went over my written estimate line by line so I understood each charge. They bring all clean up materials. They are a two man company, they do hire out extra help. My rebates were in my inbox before the very next day. They also follow up to see if all is working well. I highly recommend Cool Winds.

    Goodman is quality, I'm not sure why anyone has issues with this unit or any other Goodman units but I will say, if you have a good installer this unit should perform as it should.
    My new unit works perfect .
    My old Goodman A/C unit that I had lasted 15 years of abuse and was working good, but this new unit is more energy efficient and have a bigger capacity.
    I would recommend Goodman to anyone who wants a quality central air system. Great job, Cool Wind employees who installed my system; a job very well done.
