Owner /operated . Call him and he will answer . Call him and he will make an appt ASAP ! Great guy . Once he advised me over the phone & I fixed it myself . ( Do not plug a wet/dry vac into a swamp cooler receptacle .) Robert is my go to for cooling or heating .

Our very old rusted cooler stopped working, something blew up. My husband ordered one from Home Depot and after almost 3 weeks of living in a hot house, it finally arrived. I called Robert because he had fixed a pump problem for us. I told him we were desperate and he came out the next day to take out the old one ( which was a tough job!) and put in the new. He is amazing!!! The house is cool and I intend to use him when we winterize the cooler and any other problems we might have. Exceptional company.

June 29, 2022 - Uh oh. Feeling too hot. Something not right. CALLED ROBERT. In less than one hour Robert and Andrew arrived at our home. Andrew cleared out a clog. COOL AGAIN! Nice to have Cooler King to call. A year ago Cooler King installed two new evaporative coolers for us. Also a good experience. Cooler King is a keeper!

Great job replacing my old Mastercool swamp cooler, they worked with me on the details, and arrived in a timely fashion. There was a slight hiccup with the thermostat which they immediately fixed and had great communication. Strongly recommend!

I could not be more impressed! Robert responded to my emergency and saved us at my overheated shop. He was professional and personable. My search for a cooler guy is over. I will not recommend him, left a mess on my roof, cooler started leaking ALOT from the overflow, because of a bent float that he replaced and the float was full of water. Found another less expensive company.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve been referring clients to Cooler King because I really like Robert and the work he does. He’s helpful, knows a lot about evaporative coolers and is a great guy to work with. Robert was very professional. Was scheduled for a Monday morning appt but had issues that ensued after the appt. was made. He was able to come the same day and get our cooler working. Very reasonable price as well for emergency appt and on a Sunday. Got it fixed in an extremely timely manner. Couldn't be happier! Will be calling again for any future needs.
