    HVAC project

    I was in desperate need of a new HVAC system. I wanted to move my system from a hall closet to the attic, move the duct work from under the house to the attic and replace the furnace and A/C condenser with a heat pump. Eric was well versed in the local rebates which saved me several thousands of dollars. The installation process was smooth and with the record heat over the summer Iā€™m so glad I did this when I did. It was definitely put to the test and worked great without any issue. His pricing was the most competitive and I did t feel like I was getting taken advantage of. I would recommend contacting Eric with your HVAC needs.

    The best experience we had with any contractor yet. We have a 102 years old Craftsman Bungalow and we wanted to preserve it's looks on the outside, so I had Eric route the coolant pipes through the crawl space, then through a narrow shaft in the wall and then through the attic where the air handler is. It would've been much easier to route it on the outside wall, but Eric and his coworker did accommodate our request without fussing about it. They did competent work on the electrical, even organized our main electrical box and replaced a few old breakers while working there. The condenser was installed in the spring and kept our house cool throughout the whole summer without a hitch, so the work is reliable. Eric is easy to communicate with, returns calls/texts, keeps appointments. Absolute pro. Highly recommended.
