I hired this company to finish a job that another contractor was doing a poor job. These guys were like day and night - they showed early, worked all day. They finished converting my egress window to a walkout egress. Respectful and kinda people. I would recommend for you construction project.

This company is TOP NOTCH!! They not only fixed my roof beautifully but tangled with my insurance company to get them to cover everything necessary to meet code!! The guys that fixed my roof and skylights were professional but so easy and flexible to work with! They are the best!!

Absolutely would recommend. We noticed a leak in the drywalled area of our garage and some minor staining in our entry ceiling, and started looking for a contractor to replace the roof. First one looked at the roof, said "call your insurance, you have hail damage" and left. The next said no damage, and here is our most expensive roofing. Then Jonathan, owner of Cooper Construction loomed at the roof, said good idea to call insurance. Then he proceeded to patch the roof to prevent further damage at no cost. How can you choose anyone else? I chose integrity. He did a wonderful job of working with my insurance company as well. Would highly recommend.

I have a custom built home in Greeley that sustained severe hail damage in late 2018. I hired Cooper Construction to tear off and reroof our house. I have a contractors background and have built many houses in the past. I could not have been more pleased with the job that was done and was completely satisfied. Tyler Giliotti was the project manager and was very methodical and meticulous from start to finish. The time it took to complete this job was unbelievable and the cleanup was excellent. Being in management most of my professional career I was impressed with the way that the employees were taken care of during the time of the project. They also worked with my insurance company and handled money issues to my advantage. If you want honest hard working people hire them!
