    Jared is building a new home for us. It will be on the 2018 Yakima Home Tour. Although we had an architect design the home, Jared gave us additional suggestions we hadn't considered. His subcontractors like working with him which we think is important. If you want a builder that treats a project like a partner instead of an employee, we would highly recommend him.
