    whole house

    Had Quick response to initial call. Took all information about the job. Sent out an employee to inspect work. Never saw again and wont respond to texts or calls. Do Not recommend.

    Sellers hired them to remediate aluminum branch wiring
    $3,000

    No clue where the sellers of my house found these guys but certainly a Mickey Mouse operation here. First, almost a year ago, the sellers hire these guys to do aluminum branch wire remediation. They charged the sellers a fortune, did half the job. I back-check their work, find tons not done. Tom apologizes, claims he fired the electrician and comes out himself to finish the work. Flash forward to almost a year, I find some really shotty grounding work while flipping some switches over they re-installed upside down. I’m in the industry so know crap work when I see it. Call Tom since there’s supposed to be a one year transferable warranty. Tom agrees to come out but never calls me when he says he will, when I do get him to commit to a date and time he asks me to remind him when the day comes (ridiculous I know). So I do and he doesn’t answer calls or texts, then doesn’t show up.

    We started off great but quickly went downhill. They brought in unlicensed electricians and charged more than they quoted. They have yet to finish the job. We keep calling they say they are sending someone and they don't show. We are taking time off of work. I have been hold back from writing anything negative as Tom seemed to be a stand up guy but it's just gone to far now.
