The experience that I shared with Copper Tree Construction was less than awful.
The communication was very inconsistent and it was not easy to contact Tim Emberlin for the questions that I had as a contractor. The professionalism is absent.
His knowledge was minimal when it came to multiple aspects of the inspection and build phase. The CCR's for the Whispering Canyon development was spotty at best and does not include a landscape CCR section, However multiple expectations were made and inspections were failed because of "regulations" that did not exist. When I confronted the situation, no documentation was provided and it was "lost a long time ago".
I would highly recommend to stay clear of Copper Tree Construction. Whispering Canyon is a beautiful development with very poor management and zero professionalism. Copper Tree is the developer and the HOA president and play very unfair games to their advantage giving any other contractor in the area a difficult experience with no care for the consumer as well.
I would give less than a 1 star review if I was given the opportunity.
