After having several companies look at our house and gave us outrageous estimates. My husband and I ran into Adam at the local Wawa. We spoke with him and he came out to our house that afternoon around 1pm. Our propane furnace was 20 yrs old and made our carbon monoxide detectors go off. Adam diagnosed issue as a bad heat exchanger. He quoted us an amazing price far less then everyone else. He went to Allentown that same day and got us a new furnace. Was back at our house by 4pm with it and had his men over by 5:30pm. They worked tirelessly until about 9:30pm and got our heat back on. What company does this nowadays? He showed a huge concern that we had little children in the house. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing is all we can say!!! Adam from Coppola Heating and AC saved the day. I had about 6 companies give me estimates on installing a heat pump system since our electric bills were over $700 month with electric baseboard. Adam was the 4th company to come. The minute we met Adam we knew right away he was the guy we wanted. He went over the pro's and con's of all the different units. We went with a 16 Seer system. He had said it would take 4 days to install all the duct work and system. Well he had it done in less then 3 days. He cleaned up after himself and explained how to use thermostat and how to maintain system. And get this. He was almost $3000 less then any the 2nd lowest bid we got. I can't say enough about Coppola Heating and AC. A lot of the other companies we had here can learn from him.

I had Coppola Heating and AC come out to my house for an estimate on a Heat Pump System. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. Sold us and installed the same system we were quoted on from 2 other companies for almost $1500 less. Work was very neat. Even recieved a phone call the next day to make sure everything was working and we were happy. Top class company!!!!
