We are very thankful to Coral Isle Builders becouse they did build our dream home .We decided to go with them after checking 5 other builders in Cape Coral, compared the others,most of the upgrades that we liked were already included in their price, impact windows, highceiling ,etc. We have the Osprey Grande model and after enjoying it for more than a year, I can vouch for all the awards it has, it has very specious open plan so my family can enjoy the Florida sunsets inside or outdoors. The experience we had with their team and work, from the sales rep,owners, contractors that they are dealing with,...all great people, quality material, quality work and finished in the time frame they promised.

When we retired to Florida, in 2012, we wanted to BUILD our "DREAM" Retirement home on the Water Front lot we had bought 17 years ago. We almost built with someone else, but they couldn't BUILD what we wanted. We stopped in at Coral Isle Builders on Chiquita Blvd. and after 10 or so minutes we KNEW we FOUND the Builder for our New Home! We moved into our DREAM HOME on Feb. 13, 2013 and we celebrated our 4th Anniversary in our New Home a few days ago. We still LOVE our HOME and Don & Stephanie were GREAT to work with and BUILT what we liked....even though we drove them crazy! Thanks Don & Stephanie....GREAT job and "IF" we do build another home we WILL call on you at once!

Coral Isle did a fantastic job working with us and building our dream home! When we decided to upgrade to a new house we went up & down builder row and couldn't find anything we liked. We had a specific want list and every other builder we met either couldn't provide it or was out of our budget. When we walked into Coral Isle we rattled off our wish list and Don said "no problem". They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted in our price range including a number of technology items I added. Stephanie worked with us picking out colors and tile which resulted in a truly stunning and relaxing home. And unlike most builders Coral Isle made sure they got every item crossed off the punch list before we moved in. We've already recommended them to our friends who are having Coral Isle build them their dream home. If you are thinking of building a new home in the Cape Coral area you owe it to yourself to talk to Coral Isle Builders. Quality, value, and great design - it's tough to beat!

Coral Isle Builders stand by their homes. Even though we bought our house after it was built, they stepped up to help us with a few minor things that needed attention. Stephanie has gone above and beyond. I highly recommend them if you're wanting to build. Our home is beautiful.

Don worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We had a hard time finding other builders that had everything we were working for. But Coral Isle said yes whenever everyone else said no. I recommend them to everyone 5 stars!

Coral Isle Builders are fraudulent builders Don Vidussi & Steven Magner are the same owners that filed Bankruptcy in 2012 under the company name Advantage Builders of America inc.They left many homes unfinished ,left many homeowners in deep trouble taking their money up front on building their retirement homes,many of them had to refinance and some took out second mortgages to get their homes finish,and some lost all their money that they gave Advantage Builders of America.They play a good game they belong to this Building Industry Association's that sponsor the Parade of Homes which they belong too and win trophy's on their model home its like when you're growing up you sign up to play little league baseball you play against other teams in your league well their doing the same thing but its not baseball its showing off model homes between other builders in cape coral.You could never afford or get that model home that they show you because for what they are advertising is a sales pitch just to get you in to sign a contract.They tell you to sign forms that they say are faster to get your home approved to build but in turn what you are signing is to not let the city engineer dept come and inspect the work that they are doing so you will never know how your house was really built once it's together. They call them in America "CROOKS" Don will promise you the world and all you will get is a Hugh bill at the end and a house that needs a lot of extra repairs.To all my German brothers and sisters out there in cape coral Florida listen to me this builder is BAD BAD news,they are good liars,and they don't give a damn about anybody other than themselves if you decide to use them get a good lawyer and do the math because what they add and what you add doesn't add up.Go online and look up the company and you will see for yourself better yet go and ask around town and Ca on previous homeowners that they built their homes you will throw up when you hear the truth on how they operate their construction business. We signed a Contract and nothing is happened, after six Month they told us we have to pay 75K more.
Don was not friendly and quit us the Contract so we waist 6Month and have to pay more.
Never never Coral Isle!!!!
