Cordova Construction

I hire Mr. Cordova to do my fence and clean my yard the job was halfway done I found some of the boards.on the ground no nails,the yard was not clean have to take off work to finish the job and nail the boards,I regret hiring Mr.cordova.

2 reviews were obviously generated by the company at the same time. I wish you could see the photos I have of the work performed for $20,000. This vendor is not licensed and bonded!!! he and his laborers did incomplete electrical, plumbing, and gas line. none of them were licensed, he did not pull permits, and nothing is to code. My personal property was damaged as well as my yard, porch, and other areas that were not even adjacent to the job. Now I have a contractor who is licensed and bonded who will finish the work that was left abandoned after over a month of random work while my house was torn apart. I am left to pick up the pieces. please read the first review on his site. the other two were posted on the same day and have him working simultaneously at two sites. He was angry at me when he painted the bathroom with flat paint that looked like a first coat. There was no prep. Electrical outlet is just above the sink and does not have a plate. The plate to my electrical box is broken and on the floor. The tile was put on incorrectly and is already coming off even though the room has not been used. my total plan and measurements were totally disregarded

I have had nothing but polite professional business from this contractor. Very meticulous and well priced. I would recommend their business to anyone lookin for construction that's done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price

I hired samuel to install my carpet. He did an awesome job and I ended up hiring him to do my roof and now he is my go to guy for anything I need with my house and also my rentals.

08/29/14 We used Cordova Construction at our Apt. complex. This was the first time and LAST time! I spoke with Samuel Cordova (Samuel Cordova-Garcia) inside the unit regarding the job scope in the morning and would be back later to see. So I went to lunch and when I return I notice the my vendor for carpet installation is yelling for me from the unit to call the police...What is going on?
I head towards the unit, once inside It turns out that this Samuel Cordova had an issue with the carpet vendor. The Carpet vendor told Samuel that he did not know who this person was? Samuel continued on with his bullying towards the vendor. The carpet vendor turned away from him to leave the unit. At that time Samuel Cordova punched the carpet vendor in the back of the head. The carper vendor reached for his phone to call police. Samuel grabbed the phone out of the vendors hand and threw it across the room. The vendor turned around to pick up his phone and Samuel kicked in him the back. All this is going on in a residential unit with tenants present.
The police arrived at the complex and Cordova Construction was removed from the property. Cordova construction was fired from the job. We have a zero tolerance policy on workplace violence. A police report was taken by Bellingham Police Dept.
