Had a roof installed in April, 2018. in September, 2018 (five months later) the roof was leaking. Peter said it was the skylight which ( was finally replaced on February 28, 2019 (five months later). Constant complaining and requesting something be done about leaks, 7 spots in bathroom ceiling. Contacted BBB, Consumer Alliance and Dept. of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation finally got Peter Stackpole to replace the skylight. In less than a year on February 26, 2020 I was in the water closet on the toilet and water was dripping on me from the light fixture and exhaust fan. I sent Peter a text and pictures of the damage on February 27th, He did not reply so I sent him emails and a registered letter which is what I have always had to do, He finally sent the Contractor who replaced the skylight on March 11th. I called Anthony on March 13th to ask him about the repair because he did not come in the house to look at the damage, No one has ever come in to see where the water was coming in. Anthony said he did not know about the water in the light fixture. I asked if he fixed the roof or skylight so the water would not saturate the light fixture and exhaust fan. Again he said he did not know anything about a light fixture and exhaust fan. He told me when he replaced the skylight I would not have to worry about another leak. We have had the bathroom painted twice at our expense and we will need an electrician for the light fixture and paint again. Peter's insurance company stated he said he did not replace the skylight so they will not reimburse us for expenses incurred due to the shoddy workmanship. I would not recommend CoreRenovations. We replaced the roof to prevent leaks and that is what we have had sibce the replacement. I don't have the time to deal with this situation constantly, All I want is what I paid for.
