  Bathroom remodel

  Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this business. When meeting Coreem he seemed kind and knowledgeable, however once he began working on my bathroom it became obvious that he did not care about his craftsmanship. At one point he even sawed through the bathroom wall into my living room because he didn’t use the correct tools. He never came to my house in a work truck either but in his BMW car, which should have tipped me off. There were many mistakes so we decided to terminate our agreement. Coreem’s outlook was that in the end it would look nice and it didn’t matter how things were behind the walls. Our outlook was that the process and attention to all details matter and that if the structure isn’t sound then it doesn’t matter how it initially looks because there would be problems later on. The work that he did do did not instill confidence with us that he knew what he was doing. We had to tell him to clean up before he left, to be careful dragging bags of heavy broken tile on our wooden floors and walls. He left plumbing leaking all over the bathroom plywood after he demoed. He didn’t think to put a bucket or fix it until the next day. Even though he would try to fix his mistakes after we brought them up, something else would then go wrong. Every time he left we felt sick to our stomachs with his workmanship.
  He did leave graciously and gave me some money back for the work he did not get to. Unfortunately, when I had other professionals look at his work, especially the tub installation I saw that the tub was not level or being supported on its legs. The tub legs in the front were floating in the air. We had to remove the tub and start over. I asked Coreem for the money back for his tub installation and he just ignored me. It’s been over two months and he refuses to make this right which is why I am reviewing him so that he does not do this to someone else. There’s more I can say but my review is already long enough. Think twice. If you do use him make sure he is actually contracting professionals, not his friends.I put pictures of his work on Yelp.
