Very horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional in the way he speaks to you. treats you like you don't know anything, things have to be done exactly his way or it's not Good even though the job would be done the same. Late payments and not to mention he keeps track of your hours for you which turned out to bite me in the ass when i realized he tok away hours that i actually did work. Honestly would not recommend him to anyone. He makes you feel very uncomfortable and treats you like a child despite any work experience you have. His way is the only right away apparently. First boss i had to walk out on in my life. Look elsewhere If your looking for finish carpentry work.
