I invested finances in Corinthian Builders, owners Jim and Sherry Davis, in August 2021 with a signed contract agreement that I would be repaid on the buildings 1st draw of that project. As of today June 18, 2024, almost 3 years later the agreement has not been repaid. This breach of contract demonstrates a behavior of lying and stealing from the company owners.
I've contacted Corinthian Builders 3 times last year by certified mail and set up a payment schedule that has been nullified due to missing payments from claims that funds were not released to Corinthian Builders by the bank on its present project.
