Owner
I hired this company as I recently bought a house and am slowly updating it. I work from home, so I was here the entire time Troy Biggs - the owner - was working on the projects I had requested. The work pace was slow, but the prices were fair. After he invoiced me and I paid it in full, he made unwanted advances towards me. He also left work unfinished and damaged my TV. He did not mention having dropped - or whatever happened to the tv - until I brought it up. He just laughed it off. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my own home, and not safe. So I cut all contact, even though we had discussed future projects. Maybe a week or two after he reached out offering to dod additional work on my house, and at that point I let him know that I was not comfortable having him in my home. And that not only I was made to feel uncomfortable and unsafe, but he left things undone in my house (pictures attached). He then told me that he could “keep it professional” (screenshot attached) if I still wanted him to work on the house. I said I no longer wanted him here, but would like him to send someone from his crew to finish the work he left undone. At this point he stopped responding to me, even though I gave him an opportunity to make things right. Now I need to hire someone to fix the huge holes on the wall, unfinished baseboards, etc not to mention the fact that he damaged my TV, and had no intention in disclosing that - which makes me wonder if there’s other “surprises” I have yet to discover.
